There's a fan patch for the PC on Steam but I haven't tried it since i used a console. If you want to start at the beginning of the video, you have to slowly rewind you can't just jump to the start.

You will go down a rabbit hole of watching videos, and after you have gone through 20 of them, the achievement will unlock. In order to unlock this achievement, you simply need to jump into any video, then highlight any word, search it (from inside the video), and rinse and repeat.
